Foundations Class at LIVE Training Center

Our Low Impact Beginner Boot Camp, led by Coach Anna Tillis, is designed especially foradults 60 and older or anyone looking for a gentle on-ramp into fitness. This class focuses on resistance training, balance and stability, light cardio, and fundamental movement patterns - all key components to improving strength, mobility, and confidence.

Each session is guided, supportive, and built for growth. The pace, intensity, and exercises are tailored to your age and ability, helping you build strength safely while feeling energized and encouraged.
