Group training at the highest level. Participants will be able to build relationships on their way to building their bodies and confidence. Our experienced coaches will provide the programming, the right energy, the right environment, and the expertise to help you get stronger, and improve your fitness level. Our workouts are specifically designed to build strength, improve imbalances, focus on mechanics, improve cardio respiratory health, and even incorporate recovery principles to help restore tissue health and quality.

These classes are great for the first timer OR seasoned gym goer. Our coaching staff is more than equipped to help clients regress and progress exercises based on ability or limitation/injury. We believe it is the first step for many in their health journey at LIVE.

We have more than 35 class options throughout the week to fit your busy schedule.
