Get ready for an unforgettable night of competition, teamwork, and high-energy action at LIVE Training Center!
Event Format
Four-Person Teams will battle it out in Male, Female, and Coed Divisions. Men’s pro and women’s pro standards will be applied.
• 2K Meter Run (500 per participant)
• All 8 HYROX Zones
• 2K Meter Final Run (500 per participant)
The top two teams in each division will advance to a head to head runoff, which will include:
• 1K Meter Run (250 per participant)
• 100 Wall Balls
• Final 1K Meter Run (250 per participant)
We’re bringing the heat with $3,000 in cash prizes:
• First Place Teams: $750
• Second Place Teams: $250
